Returns

We want your new pair of shoes to be your “sole mate”. If something is not right please follow the instructions below to make a return or exchange.

Unworn defective items must be reported to us within (14) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (30) days of the date of receipt.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a RA number. To obtain a RA number, please contact us at customerservice@nylashoes.com  Upon approval, you will receive a RA number along with return instructions. Please clearly identify your RA number on the package.

Shoes that have been worn are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturer defect. (Manufacturer defects are at sole discretion of N.Y.L.A. Shoes Inc). Manufacturer defects are accepted up to 90 days of receipt.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on clearance items. ALL SALES FINAL.

All returns must be in the original shoebox.

Was this a gift?

 Items without N.Y.L.A. Shoes Website proof of purchase cannot be returned for cash value.
Credit can only be made to the original purchaser. Unworn items may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, and must adhere to N.Y.L.A. Shoes Terms of Use and Return/Exchange Policy.

Shipping

We currently use UPS for shipping.  Orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship, depending on location. 
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any questions regarding your order can be answered by e-mailing us at customerservice@nylashoes.com.

Shipping Rates

- Orders between $0-$49.99 will be charge shipping based on UPS rate calculator.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 to U.S. only within 48 States, not including Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands).
- Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.

International Shipping

We appreciate your interest in shopping with N.Y.L.A., we are currently uanable to ship our merchandise to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For information about when international shipping will become available for your country please e-mail us at customerservice@nylashoes.com so you can be notified when shipping becomes available for your location.

Undeliverable Shipments

If your order is returned to N.Y.L.A. Shoes due to unclaimed or undeliverable, you can pay a $10 fee for your order to be re-shipped or be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping and handling.
